Tuesday Day 3 VLCD

I was so excited yesterday morning to get on the scale.........Battery DEAD on scale.  I didn't weigh myself yesterday after I had replaced the darn thing.  This morning, I show a weight loss of 7.4 lbs.  Yes!!
